Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

ToolDoor is a service operated by SaTekk LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States ("we," "us"). By accessing or using ToolDoor ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. The Service

ToolDoor provides browser-based tools for image, PDF, text, SEO, and everyday utility tasks. Some tools run in your browser and some on our servers. The Service is available via the website and, on the API plan, a REST API. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

3. Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and to tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

4. Plans and billing

• Free ($0/month): all tools with daily usage limits, a 10 MB file-size limit, and ads.
• Pro ($5/month): higher limits, a 50 MB file-size limit, batch processing, and an ad-free experience.
• API ($20/month): REST API access, a 100 MB file-size limit, 60 requests/minute, batch processing, and API key management.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

5. EU/UK consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because a paid plan gives you immediate access, at checkout you tick a box to expressly request that the service begin at once and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already provided once it begins. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the portion not yet provided on a pro-rata basis. To withdraw, email legal@satekk.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any illegal or infringing purpose;
• upload malware or content you have no right to process;
• circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or access controls;
• reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• use bots or scrapers without an API plan, or share API keys with unauthorized parties.

7. Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files and content you process. We claim no ownership and do not store your files beyond the moment of processing (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to process any file you upload.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — its design, code, logos, and content — is owned by SaTekk LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they grant no other rights.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or the mandatory statutory rights of consumers. If you are a consumer, you also keep your statutory guarantees that the Service matches its description and is of satisfactory quality; the words "as is" do not override those rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For minor changes we update this page and the "Last updated" date. For material changes that affect a paid plan, we give you at least 30 days' notice by email before they take effect; if you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before then and the change will not apply to you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
